101 Authentication

In order to access the REACH system we need to first authenticate your identity.

REACH offers a number of authentication methods that can integrate with your existing software user verification systems and student identity systems.  User identification integration can be achieved using Active Directory, LDAP, SAML 2.0 and OAuth.

Student identity and verification systems using PIN numbers, RFID Cards, Magnetic Swipe Cards, NFC Devices and Biometrics can be utilised in REACH.

Logging In to REACH

Access to REACH at all times on all devices will be through a unique Username and Password.

The system will attempt to authenticate you. If successful you will be taken to the REACH Metrics Dashboard. If your identity cannot be authenticated then you will be presented with an error message. Please retry your credentials and click Log In.

Forgot Password? provides you with a pathway to reset your password if you are not able to log in.

Case Sensitive Password

Your Reach login is upper and lower case text sensitive so be aware of this as you attempt to log in,

Forgotten Password Reset

If you forget your password then simply click the forgot password link and a Reach will guide you through the procedure to set up a new password for your account.
