6.04 Accessing Historic Pastoral Reports

You can produce a lit of historic Pastoral Incidents by using the Instant Reports feature in REACH and creating a Pastoral Report.  This will enable you to generate a specific list of pastoral records by any of the following criteria;

• Pastoral Note Category or Incident Type
• Individual or Groups of boarders
• Individual or Groups of Dorms/Houses
• Individual or Groups of Grades/Year
• For any requested data range
