6.0 Pastoral Management
Pastoral management and record keeping is an important part of REACH that allows you to maintain relevant records of student behaviour and commentary on follow up actions completed.
A complete chronological history is maintained for all pastoral notes that are created an each is assigned to the student's historic record when submitted.
Pastoral notes can be written about an individual student or for a group of students.
Visibility Access for Pastoral Notes can be Confidential, Sensitive, or fully viewable.
When writing a Pastoral note you have the ability to set the visibility access level of the pastoral note to Confidential, Sensitive or Staff view.
